What is the process?

An appointment is set for an initial consultation

At the inital consultation, we will gather information about your event and your expectations for your event, along with your budget. You will decide how you would like for me to be involved with your event and what services you would like to secure.

A contract would be signed and a deposit sent to secure my planning and coordination services throughout the process and on the day of the event (if selected).

Simple Elegance will contact vendors and venues and schedule appointments to meet with them (We can be present at these appointments, if needed).

We will be in contact throughout the planning process via periodic meetings, phone, fax, and email.

Leading up to the event, we will meet face-to-face more often to ensure that all of your needs are being met.

**Weddings: We are able to be present for the rehearsal and work with your bridal party to ensure that everyone is informed as to what is expected of them.**

Day of Event:

We will arrive hours before the event begins to be certain that the vendors arrive on time and everything is in it's proper place.

In the event that any last minute things need to be done, we will take care of them.

We will ensure that your event runs in a timely fashion and deal with any issues (if necessary)

**Weddings: We will transport any personal items (cake knife and server, champagne glasses, personal items) along with gifts wherever they need to go.**

If the venue does not provide clean up after your event, we will stay and make sure that the venue properly cleaned (**May be an additional cost**)

After your event, we would like to meet with you to collect feedback. If we are not able to meet, we are able to send the evaluation via email or paper format. We value our clients opinions and are always looking for ways to improve.
